Indonesia Impact

Community relationships and project coordination in Indonesia.

Our work in Indonesia is informed by direct participation, family relationships, local contacts, and experience with community service initiatives.

The connection

Why Indonesia is part of this work.

International project coordination is not a marketing line for us. It comes from actual relationships built in Indonesia over time, participating in service initiatives, meeting local organizers, and learning how community work is done there rather than assuming it from a distance.

Those relationships now inform how Thomas & Runtulalo Co. supports cross-border projects for clients and how we plan community-focused initiatives of our own.

Current areas of activity

What is actually happening.

Current planning and areas of involvement include:

  • Community distribution planning in Bandung

  • Local partnership and volunteer coordination

  • Environmental service participation

  • Documentation and transparent reporting to supporters

International service experience

Rotary service in Bali.

Direct participation in Rotary-organized environmental service work in Bali. This was on-the-ground engagement with local volunteers rather than distance-managed activity.

Experience like this shapes how we scope international coordination. We work realistically, with respect for local partners, and with documentation that both sides can rely on.

Support & documentation

How support and reporting are handled.

Written scope

Every sponsorship or contribution is confirmed in writing before funds or materials are accepted. This covers what will happen, when, and who is responsible.

Local coordination

Local partners handle on-the-ground execution. We stay in regular contact and document key decisions on both sides.

Reporting back

Supporters receive a plain-language report after each program. It covers what was completed, what changed, and any photos or notes we are permitted to share.

Upcoming project

Bandung community distribution

Planning is underway for a locally coordinated community distribution in Bandung. Photographs, spending records, and a plain-language project report will be added after the first completed activity.
